5-star barbecue menu

Our 5-star barbecue menu is prepared by a chef on board, right in front of you. A minimum of five passengers is required for a full menu. If fewer than five pax are to board, please contact us so our chef can modify the menu to your needs.

Seafood menu

Our seafood menu was tailored for the lovers of anything that grows in the sea. Our chefs have created some of the most decadent dishes, and everything is prepared from fresh ingredients. All fish and seafood are caught on the day of your booking, so you can rest assured that everything is as fresh as can be!

Vegetarian menu

Our vegetarian menu was created specifically for our guests who want flavor, decadence, and a filling meal without having to eat meat or fish. Our chefs have designed a perfect menu that will wow even the most hardcore of steak lovers!

Vegan menu

Our vegan menu was designed for our vegan clients, meticulously curated by some of the best chefs, and prepared with love and care. All pots, pans, grills, and dishes are stored separately from the ones used for non-vegan menus, so no cross-contamination can ever happen.

  1. Tempeh bacon with mushrooms, avocado, and arugula
  2. Whole=grain pasta with lentil meatballs
  3. Baked tofu with sauteed Brussels sprouts and red cabbage
  4. Garlic cauliflower barbecue with mushroom lentil loaf

Canape menu

Sometimes you don’t want a full meal, you just want some canapes and finger food to nibble on during your yacht trip. Our canape menu is designed with freshness and deliciousness in mind, and a minimum of 5 passengers is required for its full delivery.

  2. Thai prawns with fresh mint, coriander, and lime
  3. Olives stuffed with mint, feta, and sun-dried tomatoes
  4. Smoked salmon with arugula and organic cream cheese
